comments and complaints
We operate our own complaints procedure in the practice.
Complaints can be made by telephone, in person or in writing to the
practice manager at the main surgery. Your complaint will be
acknowledged, and an investigation will follow. You should receive a
reply within two weeks. We appreciate any constructive criticism,
and work to endeavour that complaints are resolved and prevent any
future problems.
Violent and Abusive Patients
We do not tolerate any violence or abuse against our staff or
doctors. Anyone displaying this behaviour will be removed from the
practice list.
